Our Promise to You

At Mac’s Sip & Serve, we want every pour to be perfect. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

• Contact us at macssipandserve@gmail.com to start the return process before sending your item back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exceptions

• Sale items in the “Final Sale” collection are not eligible for returns.
• Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process an approved refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
