Our Promise to You
At Mac’s Sip & Serve, we want every pour to be perfect. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

  • Contact us at macssipandserve@gmail.com to start the process.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Exceptions

  • Sale items in the “Final Sale” collection are not eligible for returns.

  • Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
